Communication

Check your mail daily; respond to emails, phone calls, and texts promptly

When disagreements arise, attempt to address them directly before bringing issues to supervisors; own up to your mistakes; don’t hold grudges

Have open communication between RLC, RAs, CCM, and CCAs – we are one team

Keep RLC informed about building/staff issues so that they can be properly addressed

Time

Be on time to shifts and meetings

Meet established deadlines and clearly communicate the need for more time
