On-Call Schedule

 

 

Community Walks

 

first walk:  7pm - 9pm

second walk:  9pm - 11pm

desk shift:  9pm - 11pm

third walk:  after 11pm

fourth walk (Fri & Sat only): after 1am

"on call" from 7pm - 7am

 

On-Call Checklist

​

At 7pm:

Get the phone from the desk

Make sure it is charged

Remain on the East side of campus

(and in the buildings after 9pm)

 

Before first walk: 

Get name tag, cell phone, and keys from your room

 

On first walk:

Check in with both CC desks to understand

the tone of the buildings

Focus on social and meaningful interactions

 

On every walk:

Say hello to residents

Be observant 

Check every emergency doors, stairwells, study

lounges, laundry rooms, and kitchens

Anytime something "out of the ordinary" happens, please fill out an
Incident Report (IR) in Advocate

"On DATE at TIME, RA NAME responded
to an incident in LOCATION regarding NATURE OF THE INCIDENT."
