One-on-One Meetings

  

RAs should be prepared to discuss the following during each of their one-on-ones: residents, community engagement opportunities (CEOs), professional development credits (PDCs), on-call experiences/incidents, staff dynamics, goals (areas of strength and areas for improvement), academics, supervisor feedback, and personal life (if desired).

One-on-ones will occur for a half hour each week.  
Although the meeting may not take the entire time, please block off a half hour.
