Expectations

Engagement is every interaction that occurs in your building: student to student, student staff to student, and professional staff to student

RAs are expected to engage with residents on a daily basis through creative means

Each RA must facilitate a Tiger Chat with each student on their floor within the first 4 weeks of the semester

Community engagement opportunities (i.e., family dinners) are designed to promote comfort, connections, and thoughtful discussions

All programs must be proposed ONE WEEK prior to the date of your event

Be prepared to discuss progress of program planning in your 1:1 meetings and staff meetings

After each program, complete the reflection portion of Sharepoint within 48 hours
-
Don't forget to turn in your receipts/petty cash to the Business Office within 48 hours
